拼装式节段箱梁造桥机的创新设计与应用

         

摘要

为了解决新建兰新二线红柳河特大桥在特殊条件下的节段箱梁施工难题,在总结吸收以往造桥机施工技术的基础上,对采用八七梁杆件为主要材料的拼装式造桥机进行了大胆的创新设计.特殊设计了不同以往造桥机的前、中、后支腿等特殊支撑结构,并采用了独特的造桥机过孔模式和安全保护措施,很好地实现了特殊条件下的高速铁路箱梁节段拼装施工要求,供其他类似工程的施工参考借鉴.%To solve the construction problems in segmental box girder of Hongliu River Bridge on the new second line of Lanzhou - Xinjiang Railway under the special conditions, this assembled bridge erection machine, which was mainly composed of the 87-type railway emergency steel beams, was designed boldly with technical innovation based on the construction technologies of former bridge erection machines. For this machine, some special supporting structures were designed, such as the front leg, middle leg and the rear leg, which were different from the previous similar machines. In addition, the unique models were adopted for this machine passing through the bridge spans and for the security measures, so that it can meet the requirements of segmental method for box girder of high-speed railway under the special condition, and can also provide good reference for the bridge erection of similar projects.
