高速铁路隧道群地段信号维护技术及体制的完善与应用研究

         

摘要

The railway lines in northwest and southwest of China are built with lots of tunnels, making it inconvenient for maintenance stuff to come to the site in time to carry out their duties, which may lead to traffic risks The paper, on the basis of Baoji to Lanzhou DPL and Lan Zhou railway bureau regime of maintenance, puts forward comprehensiveness signal maintenance system and such new maintenance regime, as “dynamic maintenance”, “replacement-dominated maintenance”, with which signal equipment maintenance for tunnel concentrated area can be better performed, and maintenance regime and standard for high-speed railways can be supplemented and perfected.%西北及西南地区高速铁路建设多以隧道为主,因隧道地段的信号设备维护极为不便,信号维护人员不能在短时间内到达设备维护地点,易造成列车运行安全的风险。以宝鸡至兰州客运专线及兰州铁路局高速铁路维护管理模式为研究基础,提出信号设备综合维修平台技术理念及“动态修”、“以换代修”的新型维护体制,解决山区铁路隧道群地段的信号设备维修、维护问题,同时补充和完善既有高速铁路维护制式及标准。
