西安北枢纽内临时限速设置与调度台划分方案研究

     

摘要

大西客专、西成客专、郑西客专在西安北枢纽实施过程中,出现临时限速服务器在同一正线上连接超过2个相邻TSRS的问题,不满足临时限速的规范要求。为解决此问题,采取对临时限速覆盖范围进行分析的方法,提出两个解决方案,通过比较分析,最终采用将大西西成场的调度区划调整至大西台的方案,实现在同一正线上仅与2个相邻TSRS进行接口通信的目的,符合临时限速的规范要求,科学合理地解决了问题。另外,该方案未增加既有郑西行调台管辖范围的同时,均衡了管辖范围相对较短的大西行调台,使郑西、大西行调台在突发事件的应急处理上更加及时。%In the implementation process of Xi'an north hub, there are more than two adjacent temporary speed restriction ( TSRs) on the same main line, which does not meet the specifications of the temporary speed restriction. In order to solve this problem, this paper adopts the temporary speed restriction coverage analysis method, puts forward two solutions through analysis and comparison. Finally, the dispatching zoning of Da-Xi Xi-Cheng yard is shifted to Da-Xi dest, to allow the interface communication with only two adjacent TSRs on the same main line to meet the requirements of temporary speed restriction. Also the scheme dose not increase Zheng-Xi jurisdiction and, at the same time, balances the jurisdiction of relatively short Da-Xi dispatch desks for timely emergency treatment.
