高铁车站跨车场接发列车引起客服系统信息误判的解决方案研究

         

摘要

为了解决高铁车站跨车场接发列车引起客服系统信息误判的问题,从列车到发时刻生成入手,剖析该信息从CTC系统生成并逐级下传至客服系统的全过程,提出两种解决方案,分析这两种方案的优缺点,并推荐了最佳解决方案.建议办理跨场接发列车的车站接入路局端“客服系统与TDMS系统接口设备”时,需提前修改该接口设备软件,即可避免客服系统信息误判,从而确保客服系统可靠、安全运行.%To solve the problem of information misjudgment of the passenger service system caused by train reception and departure when crossing the yard at the high-speed railway station,the paper analyzes the whole process of the train reception and departure time information coming from the CTC to passenger service system when the train reception and departure time is generated.Two solutions are proposed and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed to recommend the optimized one.The software of the passenger service system and TDMS need to be modified in advance to prevent misjudgment of the passenger service system to ensure security and reliability of the passenger service system.
