UIC《高速铁路系统实施手册》内容研究及其与中国高速铁路相关标准对比分析

摘要

High Speed Railway System Implementation Handbook is released by UIC ( International Union of Railways), aiming at providing guidance to the planning, construction and operation of high speed railway. It summarizes the advanced technologies and experiences practiced by European high speed railways. The study of the handbook helps learn the details in each phase of European high speed railways. The comparison with related standards of China high speed railway and the analysis of the differences between Europe and China in the planning, construction and operation allow us to improve related standards of China high speed railway and make them internationally accepted.%《高速铁路系统实施手册》是国际铁路联盟UIC推出的旨在指导高速铁路规划建设运维的技术手册。它总结了欧洲高速铁路实施的先进经验和技术，并已被应用实践。了解欧洲高速铁路实施的各阶段工作内容，同时与中国高速铁路相关标准进行对比，分析高速铁路规划建设运维过程的异同，有利于进一步完善中国高速铁路实施的相关标准，同时也有助于中国高铁标准的国际化。
