基于GOOSE的现代地铁环网全面保护方案

     

摘要

为了更好地解决现代地铁环网供电分区大、结构复杂而带来的保护配合问题,对现代地铁供电系统特点进行分析,针对性地提出一套基于IEC61850的数字化地铁环网全面保护方案.该方案利用GOOSE网络收集所需要的各种故障信息和特征,通过逻辑分析判断故障区域,进而确定保护如何动作.各种故障情况和运行模式的推演结果表明,所提出的保护方案在各种工况下,均能准确识别故障并快速切除故障,证明所提出的方案行之有效.%In order to solve the coordination problems,the characteristics of the modern subway power supply network are analyzed and a digital communication protection scheme based on IEC61850 is proposed.The scheme collects necessary fault information from GOOSE network,identifies the fault location by logical judgment,and then removes the fault accurately.The deduction results of various fault conditions and operating modes indicate that the proposed protection scheme can identify the faults accurately and remove them quickly under various working conditions,which proves the effectiveness of this scheme.
