摘要

新型箱式立体群组钢模板施工技术摆脱传统的平面、单个预制构件的思维方式,变平面预制为立体预制,变单个预制构件为群组多块（个）预制,既提高了工效,又保证了质量,且不受场地限制,不需要大面积硬化场地,既节省土地,又保护环境,具有广泛的应用前景与实用价值。结合工程实例,介绍新型箱式立体群组钢模板施工技术的特点、适用范围、技术原理、工艺流程及操作要点、材料与设备等。%The new construction technology of box-shaped three dimensional multi-combined steel molds which is developed from the traditional idea of two dimension and individual pre-fabricated part,adopts three dimensions instead of two dimensions,and adopts multi-combined prefabrication instead of individual prefabrication.This new construction technology improves work efficiency,and also guarantees quality,meanwhile,this new technology does not have high requirement on space,does not ask for large size of paved yard,which helps save land and protect environment.The new technology shows very broad application prospect and practical value.By combining with engineering cases,this authors introduce the technical specifications,application scope,technology principles,process flow,operation key points,materials and the equipment,etc of the new construction technology.
