桥梁静载试验自动控制装置电磁干扰问题分析

             

摘要

This article mainly introduces the electromagnetic interference(EMI)problems during the R&D process of the automatic control device for a bridge static loading test. By analyzing the interference source,it puts forward the corresponding solutions for three aspects one by one, including the wiring, shielding and grounding inside and outside the cabinet,the external handling of the cabinet as well as the interface handling. Besides, through experimental verification,the solutions can solve the EMI problems in the control device progressively.%介绍铁路桥梁静载试验自动控制装置的研制过程中遇到的电磁干扰(EMI)问题,通过分析干扰源,逐一从机柜内外的布线、屏蔽、接地,机柜外部处理和接口处理提出相应的解决办法,并通过试验验证,逐步解决了控制装置电磁干扰的问题.
