铁路装备修造企业执行GB/T 228.1―2010存在的问题及解决办法

摘要

GB/T 228.1—2010"Metallic Materials—Tensile Testing—Part 1: Method of Test at Room Temperature"is revised from GB/T 228—2002 "Metallic Materials—Tensile Testing at Ambient Temperature". By introducing the status quo of test equipment and personnel of railway equipment manufacturers,with a view to the tensile testing adopting the strain rate control method in Standard GB/T 228.1—2010,the article points out problems existing when implementing the Standard and puts forward its solutions.%GB/T 228.1―2010《金属材料 拉伸试验 第1部分:室温试验方法》修订自GB/T 228―2002《金属材料 室温拉伸试验方法》.在介绍铁路装备修造企业试验设备和人员现状的基础上,针对GB/T 228.1―2010中采用应变速率控制方法的拉伸试验,指出企业执行该标准时存在的问题,并提出解决办法.
