关于铁路信号产品中塑料部件阻燃试验标准的探讨

         

摘要

Based on analyzing the necessity for a fire retardancy test on plastic components used in railway signal products,this article elaborates the types of fire simulation test during a fire retardancy test on plastics. It summariz⁃es the technical standards for railway signal products and the status quo of a fire retardancy test on plastic compo⁃nents as specified in the technical documents. It proposes to give considerations to the environmental conditions for plastic components in the products,its relevance to other parts,components or products,ignition sources,materi⁃als for plastic components and other factors when developing and modifying the industry standard for railway signal products. Besides,it proposes to stipulate the target-oriented fire retardancy test items and acceptance criteria ratio⁃nally. An railway signal product inspection agency shall standardize the test method and correctly carry out the gener⁃al test methods specified in relevant national or international standards,to measure and evaluate the fire retardancy performance of plastic components used in signal products,thus properly measuring the fire protection capability of plastic components in railway signal products.%在分析铁路信号产品中塑料部件阻燃试验必要性的基础上,阐述塑料部件阻燃试验中模拟着火试验的类型,总结铁路信号产品技术标准、技术文件中塑料部件阻燃试验的现状。建议在制修订铁路信号产品行业标准时综合考虑产品中塑料部件所处的环境条件、与其他零部件或产品的关联性、起燃源以及塑料部件的材质等因素,合理规定有针对性的阻燃试验项目及验收标准;铁路信号产品检验单位应规范试验方法,正确执行相应国家标准或国际标准中通用的试验方法,来测定和评估信号产品中塑料部件的阻燃性能,正确衡量铁路信号产品中塑料部件的防火能力。
