PW-220（K）系列转向架枕梁气座组成漏泄原因与处理

摘要

This article introduces the structure and operating principle of the air valve spring seat at PW-220(K)bo⁃gie sleeper beam, analyzing the possible causes for a leakage in valve seat assembly.It proposes the proactive con⁃trol measures by using special tooling to conduct a pressure test on valve seat assembly,as well as a solution to re⁃storatively weld up a scratched or leaking air inlet at the leakage position and the air valve spring seat of Dg 15 gas pipe upon the completion of the complete vehicle.%介绍PW-220（K）系列转向架枕梁部位气座组成的结构和工作原理，分析气座组成漏泄的原因。提出使用专用工装对气座组成进行压力试验的提前控制措施，以及当整车落成时对Dg15气管漏泄点和空气弹簧座进气口划伤漏泄焊补处进行修复的解决措施。
