铁道客车轴箱体加强筋厚度测量仪的研制

摘要

根据铁道客车209P型轴箱体结构特点，通过对检测与避让技术的分析，提出铁道客车轴箱体加强筋厚度测量仪设计方案。介绍该厚度测量仪的主要技术参数、工作原理、组成结构与检测方法，对加强筋厚度的测量结果进行不确定度分析。%According to the structural features of 209P axle box body for passenger trains, by analyzing the detec-tion and avoidance technologies,the article makes a design proposal for the reinforcement bar thickness gauge of axle box body for passenger trains. It introduces main technical parameters, operating principle, composition structure and detection methods for the thickness gauge,making an uncertainty analysis on the test results of rein-forcement bar thickness.
