As compared to IEC 61373:1999,the severity level of the long-life random vibration simulation test specified in IEC 61373Railway Applications — Rolling Stock Equipment — Shock and Vibration Tests is lowered by 27.1%~52.4%. By derivate the calculation method for the acceleration proportionality coefficient in both the previous and updated versions of IEC 61373,the article analyzes the reason why the acceleration proportionality coefficients drop to 5.66 and 3.78 in 2010 version from 7.83 in 1999 version. Since GB/T 21563—2008Railway Applications—Rolling Stock Equipment—Shock and Vibration Tests and so on are applied to IEC 61373:1999,the article thus puts forward specific concerns when revising GB/T 21563— 2008.%IEC 61373:2010《轨道交通机车车辆设备冲击和振动试验》中的模拟长寿命随机振动试验严酷等级,比IEC 61373:1999中降低27.1%~52.4%。通过推导IEC 61373新旧版本中加速度比例系数的计算方法,分析出加速度比例系数由1999版的7.83降至2010版的5.66和3.78的原因。由于GB/T 21563—2008《轨道交通机车车辆设备冲击和振动试验》等同采用于IEC 61373:1999,为此提出修订GB/T 21563—2008时应关注的具体事项。
