钢轨探伤车数据中接头不明反射点群分析及应用

         

摘要

钢轨探伤车依靠多通道超声波B显数据进行伤损的综合判定.有缝线路的接头位置是伤损高发区域,但接头处固定反射波和伤损波易于混淆,尤其是中心70°通道在接缝处的不明反射波容易导致误判和漏判.基于60 kg/m钢轨接头处的钢轨探伤车B显数据,采用声学计算推算出中心70°通道的不明反射波为1孔侧上方的纵波回波,并利用Imagine3D超声仿真软件开展了仿真计算,验证了声学计算的正确性.结合1处自然伤损,分析该处中心70°通道不明反射点群的异常,进行了伤损综合判定.%Rail flaw detection ( RFD ) cars depend on ultrasonic data of multi B-scan channels to carry out comprehensive judgment of the damage.Many flaws occur in rail joint area, and it is promiscuous between flaw waves and normal waves in this area especially for central 70°channels, which easily leads to misjudgment and missed judgment.Based on the B-scan data of the RFD car at the 60 kg/m rail joint,the unknown ref lected wave of central 70°channel was calculated by acoustics to be ref lected longitudinal wave from 1st bolt hole of 60 kg/m rail. The acoustic calculation result was proved by simulation calculation through Imagine3D software.Combined with a natural damage and based on the abnormity of unknown B-scan reflected wave from central 70°channel, comprehensive judgment of the damage was given.
