干海子特大桥主梁架设拖拉施工技术

         

摘要

Ganhaizi Super Major Bridge is a new type of steel pipe concrete truss continuous girder bridge. The difficulties of the techniques are: (1) unfavorable geographical environmental conditions and complicated terrain; (2) bridge is composed of multiple curves with the minimum curve radius of 356m; (3) large longitudinal slope. Based on the actual engineering characteristics, this paper summarizes the construction techniques for hauhng erection of girder by making deep research and application of construction techniques for the upper curve truss girder.%干海子特大桥为交通部西部山区科技示范项目依托工程,是一种新型的钢管混凝土桁架连续梁桥。该桥主梁采用钢管混凝土桁架梁,结构新颖,但由于该桥所处地理环境条件恶劣,地形复杂,桥型由多个曲线组成,最小曲线半径仅为356m,纵坡大,施工难度大,为高难险工程。结合本工程实际特点,在上部曲线型桁架梁的架设施工技术方面深入研究和应用,对主梁架设采用的拖拉施工技术进行了总结。
