基于物料运输车闸瓦间隙调试效率的现状分析,为提高其调试效率,在理论分析的基础上,通过现场调查及验证发现了影响其调试效率的因素,提出了中间收缩式制动拉杆设计方案,并利用有限元分析软件 ANSYS 和现场验证,证明了设计方案的正确性和可行性。%Based on analysis of current situation of the material truck brake shoe clearance debugging efficiency and theo-retical analysis,in order to improve it,this paper discovers the causes of the influence and puts forward the brake rod de-sign of middle contraction type through the investigation and verification on construction site.And the finite element analy-sis software ANSYS and verification on site are used,which proves the correctness and feasibility of the design.
