梁节预制线形控制方案研讨

摘要

深圳湾公路大桥非通航孔悬拼梁采用长线台座吻合法预制梁节施工，关键施工控制为台座设计与施工、模板设计与施工、测量放样施工，以及预制台座沉降监控，以保证预制梁线形达到拼装线形要求。%Precast beam segment produced on long casting bed is applied to suspension assembling beam for non-navigation span of Shenzhen Bay Road Bridge.The key points of construction are designs and manufacture of casting bed and mould, measurement and setting-out lofting construction and settlement monitor of casting bed so as to guarantee the precast beam linearity to meet the requirement of the assembled counterpart.
