声波透射法在基桩检测中影响因素的深入分析

     

摘要

This article is based on sound wave transmission method,analyzes the influence factors of pile foundation testing and points out the factors of the testing instrument,acoustic detecting tube material,temperature of testing environment, blocking pipe and tubes which are not parallel will affect the test results.Therefore,the influence degree of the influence factors on the test results and its mechanism are carried on analysis thoroughly,such as sound velocity anomaly problems caused by the acoustic detection tube is not parallel,although correction method is more,there are some limitations and shortcomings.The paper,adopts the correction method based on acoustic detecting tube space position relations,has achieved good correction effect,and consequently presents the corresponding processing methods or measures to reduce the influence degree of these factors on the test results,and finally the reliability of the testing results of sound wave transmis-sion method is improved.%本文就声波透射法在基桩检测中的影响因素这一问题进行了深入分析,指出了检测仪器、声测管材质、检测环境的温度、堵管、声测管不平行等因素都会对结果分析产生影响,并针对这些因素对检测结果的影响程度及机理进行了深入分析,如声测管不平行引起的声速异常问题,虽然修正方法较多,但都有一定的局限性和弊端,本文采用了基于声测管空间位置关系的修正方法取得了良好的修正效果,进一步给出了相应的处理方法或措施,使这些因素对检测结果的影响程度有效降低,提高了声波透射法检测结果的可信度。
