大跨度上承式移动模架高空顶推拼装技术

摘要

根据现场地形条件，采用临时支架作为主梁拼装支承结构，通过支点的转换，实现导梁及主梁落于前后主支腿移位台车的纵移滑道上，利用顶推方法安全、快速、经济、优质地完成移动模架的高空分节段拼装工作，保证了移动模架拼装质量和进度，实现了现场的安全施工。%According to the terrain conditions,the temporary scaffold as main girder assembled bearing structure,by the transformation of the fulcrum,implements guide beam and girder on the front and rear main support leg of the longitudinal displacement vehicle moving on the slide.Jacking method is safe,rapid,economic and high quality adopted in high air work for the mobile formwork segment assembling.This could ensure the quality and schedule of the mobile formwork as-sembling,and implement the safety of the construction on the spot.
