起重机械安全监控管理系统的研制

摘要

起重机安全监控系统不仅可保障起重设备的安全运行，还可实现对设备的运行状态和过程的评估、进行事后事故分析等功能。文中介绍了起重机安全监控系统的结构组成，对安全监控管理系统的工作原理、系统配置及选型进行了详细的论述，并解决了研制过程中遇到的重难点问题。研制成功的安全监控系统在几种不同吨位和结构形式的起重机上使用，取得良好效果。%Crane safety monitoring system not only can safeguard the safety operation of lifting equipment,but also perform the functions of estimating operational status and process of equipment and analyzing the post accident.This article de-scribed the structure composition of the crane safety monitoring system,elaborated working principle of the security monito-ring and management system,the system configuration and selection,and solved the important and difficult problems en-countered in developing process.The successfully developed safety monitoring system was used in several kinds of cranes with different tonnage and structure,and good results were obtained.
