盾构隧道注浆抬升管片的效率研究

         

摘要

注浆法应用于软土地区盾构隧道不均匀沉降治理,虽然取得了一定成效,但目前仍处于探索阶段,注浆抬升过程中什么情况下对盾构隧道进行注浆抬升效率最高仍不清楚,注浆抬升量过大甚至会导致隧道结构破坏。本文以宁波轨道交通2号线丽云区间盾构隧道注浆抬升试验为背景,结合宁波地区特殊工程地质特点及注浆抬升技术特点,采用数值模拟的方法,并根据现场实际的抬升试验数据,对影响注浆抬升效率的主要因素进行了定量分析。%Grouting method used in soft soil areas shield tunnel uneven settlement governance,has yielded some success, but is still in the exploratory stage,it is not clear which kind of circumstances would lead to the highest efficiency to the shield tunnel during the process of grouting uplift,excessive grouting uplift even leads to destruction of the tunnel structure. Taking the grouting uplift test of Liyun interval shield tunnel in Ningbo Rail Transit Line 2 as the background,this paper adopted the numerical simulation method on the basis of Ningbo special engineering geological characteristics and technical characteristics of grouting uplift,and then carried out a quantitative analysis of the main factors affecting the efficiency of grouting uplift according to the actual lifting test data.
