双向先张预应力轨道板张拉施工技术研究

             

摘要

The pre-tensioning prestressed CRTSⅢ track slab designed and developed by China is a new type of track slab with independent intellectual property rights,using the combination of double directional prestressed steel bar and ordinary steel frame as the prestressed concrete structures.Combined with the production of pre-tensioning prestress CRTSⅢ track slab in Zhengzhou-Xuzhou High-speed Railway,this paper emphatically analyzed the influencing factors of prestressed ten-sioning technology on the basis of studying the structure of the pre-tensioning track slab pedestal,the development and use of the tensioning device,the installation and testing of the mould,the quality control of prestressed steel bar and the instal-lation control of the tension rod and connector,then it put forward the control points and methods during tensioning,which could provide a reference for similar engineering construction.%先张法预应力 CRTSⅢ型轨道板是我国自行设计开发的具有自主知识产权的新型轨道板,采用双向预应力钢筋和普通钢筋骨架共同作用的预应力混凝土结构。结合郑徐铁路客运专线先张法预应力 CRTSⅢ型轨道板的生产,通过对先张轨道板的张拉台座的结构、张拉设备的研制与使用、模具的安装检测、预应力钢筋的质量控制、张拉杆与连接器的安装控制等过程技术的研究,重点分析了预应力张拉技术的影响因素,提出了张拉施工过程中的控制要点及方式方法,供类似工程施工参考。
