大跨度软弱围岩隧道塌方处治施工技术

         

摘要

随着经济的不断发展,高速公路和城市道路发展趋向多车道,隧道也由原来的单洞两车道发展至三车道甚至四车道,隧道开挖宽度不断加大。在复杂软弱地质区不可预见的地质情况下,随着隧道跨度的增加出现塌方的几率也相应增大,如何快速安全完成塌方段施工往往成为项目成败的关键所在,也是目前大跨度软弱围岩施工领域的难点。通过十堰市东环一级公路龙潭湾隧道塌方处治的工程实例,探讨将大跨度软岩隧道塌方按照塌方造成的损坏程度进行分段处理,在已有简单、成熟的施工工艺基础上完成塌方处治,为类似隧道塌方处治提供一定参考依据。%With the continuous development of the economy, the highway and city road trend in the development of multi⁃lane, the tunnel has been developed from the original single hole two lanes to three lanes or even four lanes. The excavation width of the tunnel is increasing continuously. Under the unforeseen geological conditions in complex weak geological area, with the increase of the span of the tunnel, the probability of collapse will increase accordingly. How to quickly and safely complete the construction of landslide section is often the key to success or failure of the project, and it is also a difficult problem in the construction field of large span weak surrounding rock. Through the collapse treatment project of Longtan Bay Tunnel in Shiyan East⁃ring Class 1 Highway, this paper investigated the degree of damage caused by the collapse of large span soft rock tunnel, and through the sectionalized treatment, it completed the collapse treatment based on the exist⁃ing simple and mature construction technology, which could provide a reference for similar tunnel collapse treatment.
