双线铁路超大跨度连续钢桁梁多点同步顶推施工技术研究

         

摘要

The Yellow River Bridge of South Huanghua-Dajiawa Railway is a continuous steel truss girder bridge with a double-line (120 +4 ×180 +120)m,incremental launching technology is used for erecting steel girder with a distance of 840 m and a weight of 11 600 t,and the maximum cantilever length is up to 160 m.Combined with the construction fea-tures of the bridge,the paper conducts a systematic study of the key construction technologies such as the designs of steel beam thrusting support system and 120 m long guide beam,long-distance multi-point synchronous incremental launching. By adopting multi-point synchronous incremental launching construction scheme,the assembly quality and construction safety of steel beam are ensured,and the economic benefits and social benefits are significant.%黄大铁路黄河特大桥为一联(120+4×180+120)m 的双线铁路连续钢桁梁桥,采用顶推法架设钢梁,顶推距离840 m,顶推重量11600 t,最大悬臂长度达160 m。结合本桥施工特点,系统地研究了钢梁顶推支架系统、120 m 长导梁设计,长距离多点同步顶推等关键施工技术。通过采用多点同步顶推施工方案,确保了钢梁拼装质量和施工安全,经济效益和社会效益显著。
