盾构吊装对初期支护条件下矿山法隧道的变形影响分析

         

摘要

为研究盾构吊装对初期支护条件下矿山法隧道的变形影响,以实际工程为例,采用三维数值有限元分析方法,分析了实际地层条件下及对隧道周边地层进行加固后,矿山法隧道在盾构吊装作业下的变形,得出盾构吊装对初期支护条件下矿山法隧道的变形影响较大,在原有地层直接进行盾构吊装施工存在一定施工风险,宜在对隧道周边地层进行加固后再盾构吊装施工。本文采用结构建模进行数值分析,所得结果为盾构整体施工安全提供保障。%Taking the practical engineering as an example,this paper studies the impact of shield hoisting on the tunnel deformation with mining method under the condition of primary support.Three-dimensional finite element numerical analy-sis method is used to analyze the tunnel deformation with mining method under the conditions of shield hoisting,practical geology and reinforced tunnel surrounding strata.It concludes that shield hoisting has a strong effect on tunnel deformation with mining method under the condition of primary support.As there is a certain risk for direct shield hoisting construction on the original formation,it is appropriate for shield hoisting construction after reinforcing the strata surrounding the tunnel. This paper uses the structure modeling for numerical analysis in order to provide a guarantee for whole shield construction security.
