隧道初期支护施工技术改进与研究

     

摘要

针对普通喷射混凝土存在的不足,提出一种用于隧道初期支护的混凝土压实装置和技术理论,该技术主要介绍对传统喷射混凝土强度、回弹率、施工环境及施工成本的改善,通过“改善混凝土配合比及压实工艺”提高隧道初期支护的喷射混凝土强度,并通过施工工艺原理改进实现缩短工序作业时间、减少喷射混凝土回弹量以及降低施工粉尘污染,提高隧道施工的综合效益。%Aiming at the shortage of the ordinary shotcrete,a concrete compaction device for tunnel primary support and the technical theory are put forward.The technology is mainly introduced to the traditional shotcrete strength,resilient rate, construction environment and the improvement of construction cost.Through improving concrete mixing proportion and com-paction process to enhance the tunnel primary support shotcrete strength,and by means of the construction technology prin-ciple to shorten the operation time,reduce springback amount of shotcrete and cut down the construction dust pollution, thus the comprehensive benefits of tunnel construction can be improved.
