TBM 法施工隧洞四轨三线制同步衬砌快速施工技术研究

摘要

在 TBM法施工的长大隧洞中，TBM掘进与同步衬砌施工相互干扰严重，在开挖断面较小的隧洞中施工时，尤为突出。结合引汉济渭工程 TBM法施工隧洞在四轨三线制有轨运输组织模式下，通过对同步衬砌施工相关工序的优化及新技术的使用，减少了同步衬砌对 TBM掘进的干扰，由此总结出一种同步衬砌快速施工技术，以期为今后同类项目的施工提供借鉴。%In the long-large tunnel constructed with the method of TBM,TBMtunneling and simultaneous lining construc-tion interfere in each other seriously,especially when excavating tunnels with smaller cross section,their interference is particularly outstanding.Combined with TBMmethod for constructing tunnel in the water diversion from Hanjiang to Weihe River Project under the organization model of four railed three-wire system rail haulage,the paper thus sums up a kind of simultaneous lining rapid construction technology through the optimization of correlating working procedure of simultaneous lining construction and the use of new technology to reduce the interference of simultaneous lining in TBM tunneling,this can provide references for future construction of similar projects.
