卡榫销接式超长钢护筒研制及其应用

摘要

Reinforced concrete bored pile foundation is widely used in bridge engineering,its construction technology and equipment is extremely diverse.While in the running sand layer geological circumstances,slurry-supported wall is extreme-ly hard to formed stably,which causes an exponential growth in construction difficulty and cost.In order to solve this prob-lem,a new sectional type of super-long steel protecting tube with tenon-pin connection is developed,and then the difficul-ties in pore-forming and slurry-supported wall under running sand layer are solved.%在桥梁工程中，钢筋混凝土钻孔桩基础被得以广泛应用，其施工技术和设备也极为多样。而在流砂层地质情况下，泥浆护壁极难稳定地形成，造成施工难度和成本成倍增加。为了解决无法钻进成孔的问题，以旋挖钻施工为依托，研发出一种分段式并可通过卡榫销接的新型超长钢护筒，解决了流砂层地质下泥浆护壁难和成孔难的技术问题。
