900t运架一体机大坡度箱梁架设施工技术

摘要

随着铁路的快速发展，高速铁路逐渐由平原地带进入多山区，这就造成高速铁路的最大限制坡度增大。为了满足超过20‰以上的箱梁架设需要，通过对沪昆项目 TTYJ900 t 运架一体机进行改造并对施工方法进行改进，既保障了施工安全，又保证了施工进度，同时对以后同种工况施工有一定的借鉴作用。%With the rapid development of railway,the high-speed railway is constructed gradually from the plains into the mountains,which will enlarge the maximum limiting gradient of high-speed railway.In order to meet the needs of more than 20‰ of the box girder erection,by improving the TTYJ900 t combined machine for transport and erecting used in Shanghai-Kunming High-speed Railway and the construction method,it can ensure the construction safety and progress while simulta-neously providing a certain reference for the construction of same operating conditions.
