目的:探讨增强SE T1 WI与T2 FLAIR在Sturger-Weber综合征脑部病变中的诊断价值.方法:搜集30例Sturge-Weber综合征(SWS)患者,分别行MRI平扫、增强及增强后T2 FLAIR序列检查.结果:30例病例中,将增强SET1WI与增强T2 FLAIR序列进行对比,前者显示病变共累及脑叶数为46叶,后者显示病变累及脑叶数为60叶.30例病例中,T2 FLAIR增强扫描对软膜瘤病变明显显示28例,可显示2例;SE T1WI增强扫描明显显示19例,可显示9例,未显示2例,两种序列对显示病变累及脑叶数差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:T2 FLAIR增强扫描可清晰显示SWS脑部病变,且显示病变累及范围较常规MRI增强扫描范围广,检出率高.%Objective: To assess the value of FLAIR imaging in the diagnosis of Sturge-Weber syndrome. Methods: Thirty patients with Sturge-Weber syndrome collected from our hospital underwent MK1 plain scan and enhanced scan,after enhancement they received T2 FLAIR sequance examination. Results: For a better understanding of the 30 cases, the enhanced SE T1 WI sequances and the enhanced T2 FLAIR sequences were compared. The enhanced SE T1 WI sequences showed lesions involving 46 cerebral lobes in all the 30 cases, the enhanced T2 FLAIR sequences showed lesions involving 60 cerebral lobes. The difference between the number of cerebral lobes involved by the lesions in the two sequences was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion: Enhanced T2 FLAIR sequence can clearly show the Sturge-Weber syndrome lesions, and it can detect more lesions than the conventional enhanced T1WI.
