太赫兹高增益天线研究

             

摘要

According to the demand on terahertz high gain antennas for inter⁃satellite link,based on the research on various realization forms of terahertz antennas, the reflector antenna is proposed to realize terahertz high gain antennas for inter⁃satellite link. The ultra⁃precision manufacturing techniques for dish are discussed,the ultra⁃precision cutting and ultra⁃precision grinding are adopted to manufacture the high⁃precision reflector.Precision assembling process of antenna and the method for evaluation of assembly accuracy are studied.The terahertz high gain antennas are designed and the root mean square error of the structural system is less than 5 μm.The experiment result proves the reasonability and feasibility of the methods for ultra⁃precision dish manufacturing techniques as well as for the assembly accuracy evaluation.%针对太赫兹通信系统对高增益天线的需求,在分析太赫兹天线的各种实现形式的基础上提出采用反射面天线实现太赫兹高增益通信天线。讨论了高精度反射面的加工方案,采用超精密切削和超精密磨削2种加工方式制造高精度反射面;研究了太赫兹天线高精度组装及组装精度评估方法,设计制造了结构系统均方根误差( r�m�s)优于5μm的太赫兹高增益天线。测试结果表明,天线性能符合预期,所提出的高精度反射面加工方法和结构精度评估方法合理可行。
