核电厂放射性液态流出物总排放口设置的探讨

摘要

Technical Requirements for Discharge of Radioactive Liquid Effluents from Nuclear Power Plant （GB 14587--2011） were issued on Febuary 18, 2011. This paper interprets the plant discharge point setting requirements on radioactive liquid effluents from nuclear power plant in GB 14587--2011 and others Environmental Protection Standards. Some technology discussion is made on plant discharge point setting design of radioactive liquid effluents from nuclear power plant, especially for inland nuclear power plant.%中国环境保护部与国家质量监督检验检疫总局于2011年2月18日联合发布了国家标准《核电厂放射性液态流出物排放技术要求》，本文通过该标准和其他相关环境保护法规标准中对核电厂放射性液态流出物总排放口设置的要求，对核电厂特别是内陆核电厂的总排放口设计的几种具体方案进行了技术探讨。
