北京大学放射性同位素与射线装置全过程管理

摘要

核科学技术是高等院校重要的教学和研究领域，辐射安全与防护是高校放射性实验室安全管理的重要内容。本文总结了北京大学放射性同位素与射线装置全过程管理模式，阐述了源头管理、过程管理和末端管理的具体流程，探讨目前管理上存在的问题和解决方案。%Nuclear science and technology have become an important research field in many universities .Ra-diation safety and protection are one of the important parts of safety management in universities ’ laboratories . This paper introduces the whole-process management of radioisotopes and radiation generators at Peking Univer-sity .With elaborations on the specific processes ,such as source management ,process management and termi-nal management ,it is intended to point out the existing problems of safety management and put forward possi-ble solutions for policy making .
