A new method for the determination of solvent residues (acetone, ethyl acetate, butanone, isopropylalcohol, ethanol, benzene, methylbenzene,butylalcohol, o-xylene, m-xylene, p-xylene,Etc.) in the plastic packing material for food by headspace gas chromatography was established. During the experiments, 23 kinds of plastic packing materials were analyzed. The DB-FFAP column and hydrogen flame ionization detector were selected, and 23 kinds of solvents were separated from each other completely. Results show the good linearity range of this method. The recovery of benzene was in the range of 79%-86%, while the recovery of other compounds were in the range of 80%-94%, and the detection limit was 0.0002mg/m2 .This method is simple, rapid, accurate, and can be applied for determining the solvent residues in the plastic packing materials.%采用顶空-气相色谱法对食品用复合塑料包装袋中可能残留的有机溶剂丙酮、乙醇、乙酸乙酯、丁酮、异丙醇、正丁醇、甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯等进行了分析。方法采用DB-FFAP色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器FID检测,23种溶剂能够完全分离,线性较好,样品加标回收率苯系物介于79%-86%,其他溶剂介于80%-94%,最低检出限可达0.001mg/m2。测定了13种不同材质的塑料包装材料中的溶剂残留量和苯系物残留量,方法简便、快速、重现性好,完全能满足食品用复合塑料包装袋中溶剂残留量的分析。
