PPP 模式在 G310线大力加山经循化至隆务峡高速公路上的应用

摘要

Qinghai Province,with special geographic,hydro meteorological and ecological environment,is a vast territory with a sparse population.As a result,the exploration of PPP Mode is quite necessary and impor-tant for the economic growth and people's welfare of Qinghai.The application of PPP Mode in the construction of No.310 National Highway from dajiashan to longwu though xunhua can be seen as the first attempt in traffic investment & financing area and engineering construction management area.%针对青海省特殊的地域、地理、气象水文和生态环境，作为一个人口小省、地域大省而积极探索PPP 管理模式即政府和社会资本金合作模式，也是稳增长、促改革、调结构、惠民生的重要抓手。PPP模式在 G310线大力加山经循化至隆务峡高速公路上的探索应用，就是在交通投融资领域及工程建设管理领域里的首次尝试。
