精神分裂症并发糖尿病患者的护理干预

摘要

Objective To explore if comprehensive nursing intervention can improve blood glucose of patients with schizophrenia and diabetes.Methods A total of 78 cases schizophrenia patients with diabetes mellitus selected in our hospital from January 2012 to October 2013 were divided in-to experimental group and control group.Patients in two groups were given the same treatment. The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the experiment group received comprehensive nursing intervention.Fasting blood-glucose(FBG),2h-plasmaglucose and glycosy-lated hemoglobin(HbA1c)were compared between the two groups.Results After comprehen-sive nursing intervention,fasting glucose,dine blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin of the experimental group improved significantly.Compared with before intervention the difference was statistical significance(P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the difference was obvious. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention carried out in schizophrenia patients with diabe-tes mellitus can improve therapeutic effect and reduce complications.%目的：探讨精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者的护理干预措施对血糖的影响。方法选取我院2012年1月至2013年10月收治的78例精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者，随机分为实验组和对照组，两组患者给予相同治疗方案，对照组采取常规护理，实验组采取综合护理，比较两组患者护理干预前后空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平及生命质量评分，开展用药、并对结果进行比较分析。结果经综合护理干预后，实验组患者空腹血糖、进餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白均有显著改善，与干预前相比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)，与对照组相比有明显差异。结论在精神病分裂症合并糖尿病病人中开展综合护理干预，可提高治疗效果，减少并发症。
