液环式机械真空泵在常减压装置中的应用

摘要

The paper introduced the work principles and application situation of liquidring pump in vacuum-pumping system from the top of 8Mt/a atmospheric vacuum distillation unit, analyzed the factors influencing normal running of the liquidring pump. Comparison and running results showed the combined vacuum-pumping system had less running cost and more significant energy- saving effect than the single steam vacuum-pumping system under the same vacuum from the top condition.%介绍液环泵工作原理及其在8Mt／a常减压蒸馏装置减顶抽真空系统中的应用情况，分析影响液环泵正常运行的因素。通过比较及运行结果表明，在达到同样的减顶真空度情况下，组合式抽真空系统较单一的蒸汽抽真空系统，运行费用大大降低，节能效果显著。
