影响丁苯橡胶高负荷长周期运行原因分析及对策

摘要

Aimed at three factors limiting high load & long period running of butadiene sty -rene rubber unit, combined with actual problems existing in production of Qilu butadiene sty -rene rubber unit, countermeasures were put forth.After execution of the countermeasures, run-ning period of the blowpit and stripper was obviously prolonged , good economic was obtained.%针对制约丁苯橡胶装置高负荷长周期运行的3个原因，并结合齐鲁丁苯橡胶装置在生产中遇到的实际问题提出了解决的措施。措施实施后泄料槽与汽提塔的运行周期明显延长，取得了较好的经济效益。
