辛醇异丁醛装置节能技术改造

摘要

分析辛醇异丁醛装置用能情况，讨论了通过余热回收、水汽提系统节能改造、装置蒸汽伴热改水伴热等技术改造，优化装置实际运行中可利用的热源，实现节能降耗。%This paper analyzed the energy utilization situation of the octanol and isobutyl al-dehyde unit, optimized and utilized of the available thermal source during practical operation by waste heat recovery, energy saving reformation on water stripper system , water tracing replacing steam tracing system and etc technical reformations , realized the purpose of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
