基于广义风险评估的汽轮发电机组检修周期优化

摘要

Influence factors on reliability status of design, manufacture, running, and re-pair management concerning turbine electric power generation were obtained basing on broad risk evaluation theory and method.Optimization strategy about repair cycle of the turbine set was determined by calculation on overall risk and combination of safety and economy evaluation results.The results indicated that the risk degree of two turbines was II grade and belongs to the medium risk grade, and the advice about suitable prolong on repair cycle was given.%依据广义风险评价理论和方法，得到汽轮发电机组设计、制造、运行、检修管理的可靠性状态影响因子，结合安全性、经济性评估结果，进行综合风险计算，确定检修周期优化策略。结果表明：2台汽轮机的风险等级为 II级，属中度风险等级，其维修策略建议是可以少量、适度的延长检修周期。
