茂金属催化剂在 Unipol工艺 HDPE 装置的工业化应用

摘要

QHM22 F metallocene polyethylene pipe resin was successfully large-scale pro-duced by metallocene catalyst on HDPE unit in Qilu Plastics Complex, which was authenticated type II polyethylene of raised temperature resistance ( PE-RT) by National Test Center of Poly-mer And Chemical Building Materials, each general property index of QHM22F reached the same level as that of abroad similar kind product, which filled the domestic blank in PE-RT technology area.%采用茂金属催化剂在齐鲁塑料厂HDPE装置上成功实现茂金属聚乙烯管材料QHM22F的规模化生产，并被国家化学建筑材料测试中心认证为Ⅱ型耐热聚乙烯材料，其各项常规性能指标均达到了国外同类产品水平，填补了国内空白。
