两种碳酸钙对PVC－U材料性能的影响

摘要

研究了两种具有代表性的碳酸钙对 PVC －U 材料性能的影响。试验结果表明，两种碳酸钙用量少时，对PVC－U材料配方的塑化性能影响不大，但用量增大后对塑化性能影响明显；两种碳酸钙用量变化对PVC－U材料的耐热性影响较小，但对热稳定性、拉伸性能和抗冲性能影响较大，两种碳酸钙对 PVC－U材料抗冲性能的影响差别较大。%The paper studied effect of two representative kinds of CaCO3 on properties of PVC-U material.The experiment results indicated that a little additive amount of the two kinds of CaCO3 had slight effect on plasticizing of PVC-U material.But with increase of additive a-mount of the two kinds of CaCO3 , plasticizing property of PVC -U material was obviously changed.Heat stability, tensile and impact resistance properties of PVC -U material were changed greatly, but heat resistance of PVC-U material was changed slightly.Effects of the two kinds of CaCO3 on impact resistance property of PVC-U material were different greatly.
