PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-treated calcium carbonate filler for a two-liquid type curable resin composition, which, when blended in the two-liquid type curable resin composition, is low in the viscosity and good in workability in blending the two liquids, excellent in any of elastic restorability, modulus and elongation ratio after curing, and excellent especially in two-liquid mixing workability in a system in which a resin hollow body is blended in the composition.;SOLUTION: The surface-treated calcium carbonate for a two-liquid type curable resin composition is calcium carbonate surface-treated with a fatty acid-based treating agent composed of at least one selected from a fatty acid, a fatty acid salt, a derivative of a fatty acid, and a salt of a derivative of a fatty acid, wherein the alkyl composition of the fatty acid contains 12 or less C saturated fatty acids of ≥20% of the total of saturated fatty acids and 16 or more C saturated fatty acids of ≥10% of the total of the saturated fatty acids; the BET specific surface area Sw of the surface-treated calcium carbonate is 3 to 40 m²/g; and the surface-treating amount Es per unit specific surface area is 0.20 to 6.50 mg/m², provided that Es=Tg/Sw [mg/m²] wherein Tg is a surface-treating amount of a fatty acid-based treating agent per 1 g of calcium carbonate, and is a heat loss [mg/g] per 1 g of a surface-treated calcium carbonate at 200 to 500°C.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
