采取综合措施提高重整“四合一”加热炉热效率

摘要

Aimed at problems existing in equipment and operation adjustment of the refor-ming four in one furnace, technology revamps were executed on the furnace in consideration of the parameters influencing thermal efficiency such as flue gas exhaust temperature, oxygen con-tent, feed temperature, fuel burning degree and heat loss etc.Measures including adopt of new equipments, optimization on process operation, strengthen on technical force of the furnace spot were made, and the thermal efficiency was obviously raised.%针对重整“四合一”加热炉在设备及操作调整上存在的问题，从影响热效率的烟气排烟温度、氧含量、进料温度、燃料燃烧完全程度和散热损失等因素出发，对加热炉进行技术改造，通过运用新设备、优化工艺操作，同时加大加热炉现场运行的技术力量等措施，热效率取得了明显的提高。
