Aspen Plus流程模拟在MTBE装置的应用

摘要

介绍应用Aspen Plus模拟软件对MTBE混相床—催化蒸馏装置进行全流程模拟。以装置实际生产工况验证模拟结果，确立模型参数。依据模型计算结果，优化工艺运行条件，提高了装置的运行效益。%The paper described full process simulation of MTBE mixed phase bed&catalyt-ic distillation device by Aspen Plus simulation software. Model parameters were determined by simulation results on actual production situation. Running benefit of the device was raised by optimizing process running condition based on the calculation results of the model.
