20世纪初中国新知识界的国家主权思想

摘要

Early 20th centuary is the key peirod of the formation of modern Chinese discourse of national sovereignty.Rising together with the new policies of the late Qing Dynasty,the new intelligentsia made thorough researches into the essential fea-tures of the nationalsovereignty,the relationship between such sovereignty and the state,and popular soverignty in light of western social and political sciences and theories of pulic international law,and formed a series of systematic ideas on natinal sovereignty.As a new social class and important reformative force,they exerted far-reaching influence on the formation and de-velopment of China’s national sovereignty,China’s quest for independent national sovereignty and the political progress of es-tablishing a modern nation-state.%20世纪初是中国现代性国家主权话语形成的关键时期。伴随着清末新政崛起的新知识群体，借助西方的社会政治学说和国际公法理论对国家主权的本质特征、主权与国家的关系以及人民主权观作了全面深入地探讨，形成了一整套较为系统的国家主权思想。新知识界作为当时中国的新生社会阶层和重要变革力量，其国家主权思想的形成和发展，对于中国谋求国家主权独立，建立现代民族国家的政治进程产生了深远影响。
