社会共识与经济伦理

摘要

Social consensuses is achieved among people living in a certain age,a certain geographical range and belonging to a community (including groups,government organizations)through rational negotiation and shared by all the members.It is a series of values,norms and the basic procedures for the formation of such consensuses,including value consensuses and proce-dure consensuses.It is formed in people’s mutual contacts,with conflict the necessary condition and cooperation the possible condition in which it is achieved.Social consensuses is the realistic starting point for economic ethics,since it can provide spirit-ual nourishment,value traction,public opinion support and a platform for dialogue for the realization of economic ethics.Under the conditions of socialist market economy,social consensuses should be achieved in the following aspects:the economy and ethics should reach a dialectical unity;the basic contradictions in economic ethics,namely,the unity of freedom and responsi-bility,rights and obligations,fairness and efficiency,and self-interest and altruistic should also reach their unity.%社会共识就是生活于一定时代、一定地理环境中的共同体(包括群体、政府组织)中的人们通过理性协商而共同享有的一系列价值观念、规范及形成这些共识的基本程序，主要包括价值共识和程序共识。它形成于人与人的相互交往活动，冲突是其出现的必要条件，合作则是其出现的可能条件。社会共识是经济伦理实现的现实起点，它既可以为经济伦理实现提供精神滋养和价值牵引，也可以为经济伦理实现提供舆论支持和对话平台。社会主义市场经济条件下，社会应达成经济与伦理辩证统一的社会共识，也应达成围绕经济伦理基本矛盾之子矛盾即自由与责任相统一、权利与义务相统一、公平与效率相统一、利己与利他相统一的社会共识。
