Prof.Luo Guo-jie had been paying attention to the problems of teachers’moral.He thought that the main rea-sons for strengthening teachers’moral quality are the particularity of the mission of the profession and the special nature of the moral cultivation.Now the teacher’s moral requirements are to remain faithful to the educational cause of the Party and the people,to be insatiable in learning and be tireless in teaching,to educate through their role models and to cooperate with other educators.His analysis and practice of teacher ethics pointed out the direction for us to fulfill the duties of teachers and become a qualified teacher.We should always maintain a reverence for education,have a heart of love for the students and constantly improve our ability and moral character.%罗国杰先生一直关注教师道德问题。他认为，教师必须加强自身的道德素质，这是由这一职业特殊的使命和道德养成的特殊规律所决定的。今天的教师道德，主要内容包括：要忠诚于党和人民的教育事业，要学而不厌、诲人不倦，要言传身教、为人师表，要团结协作、共同进步。他对于教师道德的阐发和践行，为我们履行好教师的职责，成为一名合格的教师指明了方向。学习先生关于师德的思想，就是要始终对教育事业保持一颗敬畏之心，对学生怀有一颗关爱之心，对自己的能力和品德有一颗不断进取之心。
