三种型号 ABS 塑料对制作绵羊支气管动脉铸型标本的影响

摘要

In order to explore the better acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS)casting materials to perfuse the bronchial arteries,the three bronchial arteries casting specimens of sheep perfused by three types ABS (PA-749SK,D-120,PA-717CK)were compared.The results showed that,the casting specimen perfused by ABS of type PA-749SK had better flexibility and fine density;the specimen perfused by ABS of type PA-717CK had good surface gloss but poorer flexibility and fine density;while various performances of the specimen perfused by ABS of type D-120 were between the above two.The conclusion is that,among three types of ABS under test,ABS of type PA-749SK is more suitable for preparing bronchial artery casting specimen of sheep as well as can be selected as casting materials for preparing other small vessels.%探寻适宜于制备支气管动脉铸型标本的丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯（ABS）铸型剂材料。选用3种不同型号的 ABS（PA-749SK、D-120、PA-717CK）对绵羊支气管动脉铸型标本的制作效果进行比较。结果表明，PA-749SK 型 ABS 制备的铸型标本柔韧性和细密度较好；PA-717CK 型 ABS 制备的标本表面光泽度好，但柔韧性和细密度较差；D-120型 ABS 制备的标本各项性能介于前两者之间。说明受试的3种型号 ABS中，PA-749SK 型号的 ABS 更适用于制作绵羊支气管动脉铸型标本，也可以作为其他细小管道的铸型材料被选用。
