动物器官中肝素钠提取方法研究进展

摘要

肝素（heparin）是一族天然酸性黏多糖化合物，具有抗凝血、抗血栓、降血脂等多种生理活性，是防止动脉粥样硬化、心脑血管疾病的有效药物。论文介绍了肝素钠的理化性质，从动物器官提取肝素钠的盐解法、酶解法、酶解结合法等方法的研究进展，并对肝素钠的临床应用做了综述。%Heparin is a family of natural compounds of acid mucopolysaccharide.It has a variety of physio-logical activities such as anti-clotting,preventing thrombosis,reducing blood fat and so on.It is a signifi-cant drug to prevent atherosclerosis and cerebrovascular disease.This paper summarized the chemistry and physical characters of heparin.It also made a literature review about clinical applications and research pro-gress on extracting heparin from animal organs by salt precipitation,enzymatic hydrolysis,enzymatic hy-drolysis combined techniques.
